Some spoilers for season 3 episode Knockout. 

Just a little story about what if Rick got shot instead of Kate. We'll see how their relationship turns out. 

I really hope u like it. It kind of came to me in the middle if the night and I liked it enough to write it down. It's based off of this quote:

"Girls are like apples. The best ones are on the top of the trees. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they're afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead they get the rotten ones on the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the good apples think there's some thing wrong with them, when in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along. One that cares enough to climb all the way to the top."
